Global Recession and Migration

The economic crisis that originated from the financial sector of the United States now threatens the global economy as a whole. Since mid-September, the spread of the financial sector difficulties to emerging markets became more obvious and the jobs of hundreds of millions of relatively poor workers in these countries are threatened by a crisis for which they have no responsibility. Many developing countries now face an immediate threat to their continued growth and stability.
